DIY Mascara will Lengthen your Eyelashes (so they say!)

What you need

Wash an old mascara container and fill with:

1/4 of the container with Castor Oil

1/2 Vitamin E Oil

1/4 Aloe Vera Gel

Mix the concoction together as well as you can with your mascara wand, and apply a light layer to lashes (or brows!) every night before bed.

Castor oil thickens your lashes while aloe vera gel lengthens. Vitamin E accelerates length. After one month, you’ll notice stronger, longer, more beautiful eyelashes.

My eyelashes are pretty much kaput and with those other mascara formulas having a bunch of side effects I think this may be the way to go.

Step 1 - Find a glass container clean them out then fill with 30 Jolly Ranchers and then the Vodka

Step 2 - Let them sit for a day shaking every few hours to loosen up the clump of Jolly Ranchers

Step 3 - Enjoy the pretty pretty rainbow of colors cause you’ve just made Jolly Rancher infused Vodka!! Mix with sprite for a nice mixed drink or you can do shots of them completely up to you! ^_^

Augh! At-Home Bloomin’ Onion Sauce! I could literally drink this. Or y’know, I could just make it alongside this 5 star Bloomin Onion recipe. Or also drink this!

So this recipe is primarily for those with an asian market close by, of whom I am very very jealous. But there are subs for those of us who don’t, huzzah!

Quick & Easy French-Style Cinnamon Rolls

• Heat oven to 400F
• Mix 1/4 sugar, 1/4 brown sugar, 1T cinnamon in a bowl
• Roll out two sheets of puff pastry
• Brush one side with melted butter
• Melt 3/4 cup dark chocolate in the microwave
• Spread melted chocolate on the puff pastry
• Sprinkle the chocolate later with a bit of the cinnamon sugar mixture
• Roll the puff pastry up, as you would when making a jelly roll
• Slice the pastry into 6 sections each
• Coat outside with butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture
• Place in cupcake/muffin tin that has been sprayed with non-stick spray
• Bake for 25-30 minutes
• ENJOY!

DIY Summer Skin Care

Try any of these three masks for intense hydrating and firming, exfoliation and clarity, or for sensitive dry skin. Each has three or less ingredients available at your local grocer (but you may have to go to a specialty store for that rose water or you could try your hand at making your own.)

So I currently live within reasonable walking distance to a Chipotle. This is a big first for me. I really enjoyed Chipotle at my parents’ place but you had to drive to get there and I’m extra lazy when I’m back at my parents’ and plus, they pick the meals. Then at my small college there was one 15 minutes away in another college town, but it was a college town of a state university. When there’s only Chipotle in an hour and a half radius for two universities (meaning 35,000 undergrads alone and this isn’t counting locals and the community college) no one is ever getting a burrito, ever.

So now I have this at my fingertips, but I understand and care for those who may not and to prove this here is a recipe for the rice from Chipotle! On the rice recipe page there is also barbacoa beef and pork, as well as pork carnitas and chicken ropa veija. Disfrutáis!

So here’s a recipe for a refreshing summer drink and to make it less effeminate (I don’t do pink in my drink) use limeade concentrate or regular lemonade instead of pink lemonade (how did pink lemonade become a thing anyways?) and instead of using raspberry sherbert make your own. Try kiwi sherbert with the limeade and personally I would go blueberry sherbert with the lemonade but do what you will.

And obviously add alcohol (if you are legally able to do so.)
